- How do I change my email address?
- If you no longer wish to have emails sent to a specific email address, please contact support.
- Can I cancel my purchase?
- At this stage The Chef Project membership is a once off non-refundable payment.
- Is there a vegetarian / gluten free / allergy specific option?
- No, some of the recipes may be so, but the Grand Chefs have not taken into account any specific dietary requirements in any of their recipes.
- Do I need any special equipment?
- The Chef Project was specifically designed to suit the average home cook. You do not need any special expensive equipment other than those kitchen aids found in the average home kitchen or a cooking enthusiast, if there is any equipment you do not have, you will be able to buy it at a local shop very cheaply.
- What measurement system is used?
- All recipes have been translated in both language and measurement system; you will receive recipes in both language and measurement system relevant to your country / region.
- I did not receive my email from you?
- Please make sure you check your spam filters to make sure that The Chef Project emails are not being caught by your spam filters. If they are please make sure you edit your filter to allow our emails to be received in your inbox.
